At Sylvoren, we are committed to delivering your order safely, on time, and with the care your investment deserves.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Options & Timeframes

Standard Delivery Smaller items ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Freight Shipping (Large Items) Large items — including sectionals, gazebos, pergolas, and dining sets — ship via freight carrier with curbside delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.

White Glove Delivery Available on select items. Includes in-home delivery, packaging removal, and basic assembly. Contact us at contact@sylvoren.com to arrange.

Shipping Coverage We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international inquiries, please contact our team.

Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours at contact@sylvoren.com. We will make it right.
